Terms of Use

Last updated: November 2026

These terms apply when you read, share or comment on Measured Take (measuredtake.com), which is run by Peter Olaleru. By using the site you agree to them.

1. Our content

Our articles, fact checks, profiles, graphics and videos belong to Measured Take or to the people credited on them. You may read them, share links to them and quote short passages with a credit and a link. Please ask before republishing anything in full.

2. News, not advice

What we publish is news and analysis for general information. It is not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice, so please check with a qualified person before acting on it.

3. Accuracy and corrections

We work to get things right and we fix what we get wrong. Our corrections page explains how, and our editorial policy explains how we work. We cannot promise that every page is complete or up to date at every moment.

4. Comments

You are responsible for what you post. Do not post anything unlawful, threatening, defamatory, hateful, misleading or spam, or anything that shares someone else’s private details. We may remove comments and block people who break these rules.

5. Other sites and advertising

We link to other sites and show content from them, and the site may carry adverts. We do not control those sites or adverts and are not responsible for them. Showing an advert does not mean we endorse it.

6. Using the site fairly

Do not try to break, overload or get around the security of the site, and do not use it to do anything unlawful.

7. Liability

We provide the site as it is, and it may sometimes be unavailable. So far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using it or relying on it. Nothing here limits any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms, and the date at the top shows the latest change. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Your own country’s consumer protections still apply to you.

9. Contact
