World’s First AI Art Museum DATALAND Set to Open June 20 in LA’s Grand Avenue

DATALAND will open its doors on June 20 at The Grand LA, a building designed by Frank Gehry in the cultural district of downtown Los Angeles. This institution positions itself as the world's first museum solely focused on AI-generated artworks and immersive digital experiences. The facility spans approximately 25,000 square feet, containing five distinct galleries. Its core mission involves merging human creativity with machine intelligence, offering a dedicated space for this evolving art form.

The museum’s inaugural exhibition, titled “Machine Dreams: Rainforest,” runs until January 31. This presentation specifically examines the connection between artificial intelligence and nature. The works on display utilize AI, a form of computer intelligence, trained on vast ecological datasets to generate evolving visual and sensory experiences for visitors in real time.
