Paraguay’s Supreme Court Approves AI Policy Backed by UNESCO’s 2025 Guidelines

Paraguay’s Supreme Court has established an institutional policy for artificial intelligence (AI) use within its judiciary, approving Resolution No. 12,677. This national framework aligns with global guidelines on AI in courts, adopted by UNESCO in 2025.
