Avantel Deploys ₹76.5 Cr of Rights Issue Funds, but GSaaS Stalls Amid Policy Delays

As of March 31, 2026, Avantel had utilized ₹76.48 crore of the ₹80.91 crore raised. The new manufacturing facility saw ₹52.33 crore spent, nearing its planned budget of ₹53.85 crore. This expenditure represents substantial progress on a key physical asset.

In contrast, the GSaaS infrastructure project shows limited deployment. Avantel has spent ₹3.26 crore against a planned ₹6.17 crore for this segment. Crucially, ₹4.43 crore allocated for GSaaS remains unspent, directly impacted by ongoing delays in government policy.

The near-complete spending on the manufacturing facility suggests Avantel is enhancing its production capacity.
